Terms and conditions for using Titan Breach's cybersecurity platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Titan Breach's cybersecurity intelligence platform ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Titan Breach provides a cybersecurity intelligence platform that includes:

  • URL analysis and phishing detection
  • Infrastructure and network analysis
  • Typosquatting and domain detection
  • Ransomware intelligence and analysis
  • DNS hijacking detection

Note: This service is currently in MVP (Minimum Viable Product) phase. Features and functionality may change as we gather user feedback and improve the platform.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe upon intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use the Service for malicious or harmful purposes
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Submit false or misleading information

4. Usage Limits and Quotas

Our MVP service includes usage limits to ensure fair access for all users:

URL Analyzer:25 requests/day
URL Analyzer (LLM):3 requests/day
RansomCheck:10 requests/day
Typo Detection:2 requests/day
Infrastructure Analyzer:10 requests/day
DNS Detector:3 requests/day
Down Detector:5 requests/day

We reserve the right to modify these limits as needed to ensure fair access for all users.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Titan Breach and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you submit for analysis, but you grant us a license to process and analyze such content to provide our services.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference.

By using our Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations

MVP Disclaimer: This service is provided "as is" and "as available" during our MVP phase. We make no warranties about the reliability, accuracy, or completeness of our services.

Security Disclaimer: While we strive to provide accurate threat intelligence, our Service should not be your sole source of cybersecurity decision-making. Always use multiple sources and consult with security professionals.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Titan Breach shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

8. Service Availability and Updates

As an MVP service, we may:

  • Experience temporary outages or service interruptions
  • Update features and functionality based on user feedback
  • Modify usage limits and quotas
  • Add or remove features as we iterate

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms of Service.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
